Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Average turnaround time from order to shipping is 7-14 days for items that will be produced. 

Some items like custom uniforms have a 3-4 week turnaround due to factory production times.
We will communicate with you if there are delays or questions regarding your order.

Shipping provided by USPS or other carrier depending on size and costs.

Currently shipping to the US only. 
If you live outside of the US, you may contact us for quote, in general it isn’t cost effective to ship outside of the US for our customers.

Returns / Refunds

Please be very careful in choosing your sizes etc.

Most items are made to order, and unless there is a defect in the product, have a no return policy. These include:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless there is a defect.

  • Personalized apparel
  • Decorated Uniforms
  • Custom Promotional Items

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@theirgreatestfan.com. 

We will do our best to accommodate correcting the issue or exchanging the defective product for a good one. 

If you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for the proper one. If an exact product is no longer available, we will exchange for a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

If you are approved, then your exchange/refund will be processed. If the item is being exchanged, then we will let you know the turnaround time and provide you with new tracking information once shipped. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please check your bank / card company after 3-5 days. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theirgreatestfan.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theirgreatestfan. We will arrange with you to return the defective item.
